1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nattukoottam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Account Registration
Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number. Your phone number is your permanent account ID and cannot be transferred or changed.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OTP codes. Do not share OTPs with anyone.
You must provide accurate information when creating listings or profiles.
3. User Content
You are responsible for all content you post including worker profiles, business listings, classifieds, and blood requests.
You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Nattukoottam reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
By posting content, you grant Nattukoottam a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.
4. Blood Bank Usage
The blood bank feature is provided as a community service. Nattukoottam does not verify blood compatibility or medical suitability. Always consult medical professionals for blood donation and transfusion decisions. False blood requests are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Worker & Business Listings
Nattukoottam acts as a directory only. We do not verify the qualifications, licences, or quality of workers and businesses listed.
Users engage with listed workers and businesses at their own risk.
Listing contact details implies consent for users to contact you via those channels.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Posting fake, duplicate, or spam listings
- Misusing the blood bank emergency system
- Harassment of other users
- Scraping or automated access to the platform
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Impersonating other users or businesses
7. Push Notifications
By enabling notifications, you consent to receive push messages for blood requests, local news, and events in your area. We limit promotional notifications from businesses. You can withdraw consent at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nattukoottam is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any transactions, disputes, or outcomes arising from connections made through the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
